About the Event
The fourth Wednesday morning of the month volunteers are needed for set up and distribution at Mather Park near the intersection of California and Thorndale Avenues in Chicago. From 8:00-9:00 am, volunteers unload the truck and set up the mini-store. From 9:00-10:00, volunteers guide refugees through, helping them select the items they need. Reloading the truck takes place immediately after distribution ends.
